Nowadays, in order to promote solidarity and acceptance it is crucial to encourage young people to embrace diversity and understand the challenges faced by others. In the current social context, these values are essential. According to a ForbesHealth survey*, the COVID-19 pandemic has made forming relationships harder for many, highlighting the importance of effective interpersonal communication skills, including openness, empathy, and conflict resolution.

The objectives of this project are to enable individuals to effectively adapt to the changing environment in which they live, to create thriving and lasting personal and professional relationships and to increase their sense of autonomy, which will increase their intrinsic motivation. Intrinsic motivation is essential due to its significant role in promoting individuals' well-being, creativity and personal growth.
