For partner organisations
A Romanian partner that takes care of the details
We're a young NGO from Harghita county with three Erasmus+ youth exchanges coordinated from start to finish, and several more where we were the sending partner. If you're building a project, we'd be glad to talk.
What we bring
As host, or as sending partner
As host and coordinator
- Writing the application and coordinating partners
- Venue, transport, accommodation and the whole logistics
- Facilitation, with experienced facilitators
- Youthpass reflection, evaluation and reporting to the National Agency
- Dissemination: booklets, videos, social media and local events
As sending partner
- Promoting your call and selecting a motivated, mixed group
- Reaching young people with fewer opportunities in rural Harghita
- Preparing the group before departure
- An experienced group leader who travels with them
- Follow-up and dissemination events back home
