Learning that happens outside the classroom
Everything we do is non-formal education: learning by doing, together with other young people. It happens on four levels, from Gheorgheni to the Czech mountains.
Young people deserve the same chances, wherever they grow up
We work above all with young people from rural Harghita, from the Hungarian minority and from families with fewer means, who rarely get opportunities like these.
We focus on what school rarely teaches: talking in front of people, looking after your mental health, thinking like an entrepreneur, and understanding how democracy works.
- About half of every group in our exchanges were young people with fewer opportunities
- Groups from different ethnic communities learning side by side
- Greener travel: shared buses and carpooling, buffet meals to cut food waste, digital booklets instead of print
- A Youthpass for every participant in our exchanges
Youth exchanges we organise in Romania
We write the project, find the partners, choose the venue, plan every session with our facilitators, and look after the group from arrival to the final evaluation. Three so far, all funded by Erasmus+.

Voice of Democracy
36 young people from Romania, Serbia and North Macedonia found out how democracy works and how to take part in it.

Entrepreneurial Skill
33 young people from Romania, Slovakia and Hungary learned how to turn an idea into their own work, so they depend less on seasonal jobs.

Involve to Evolve
Our first exchange. 40 young people from Romania, Slovakia, Lithuania and Hungary worked on empathy, communication and motivation.
Taking young people from our region abroad
When a partner organisation hosts an exchange, we select a group from Romania, prepare them before they leave, send a group leader with them, and help them share what they learned when they're back.
Speak UP!
A youth exchange on public speaking and communication, hosted by Trailblazers. We sent 12 people from Romania.
Job Jam
Ten days of CVs, LinkedIn profiles, mock interviews with HR professionals and real job applications, hosted by Youth Group Novae. Our group: nine young people and a group leader.
The Financial Blueprint
A youth exchange about budgets, banking, online financial risks and the digital economy, hosted by Orion Fiatalok Informális Csoportja. We can send 8 young people and a group leader.
Close to home, in Harghita county
Not everyone can travel, and learning shouldn't depend on it. Locally we use sport, workshops and community events to bring young people from different communities together.
United by Football
An indoor football championship we organised with Asociația Cloud Five: 6 teams and about 30 young people from towns and communities across Harghita.
Learning for youth workers
Training courses are Erasmus+ projects for the adults who work with young people: youth workers, group leaders and facilitators. We've applied to host our first one and are waiting for the selection results.

Coming soon. As soon as we know the result of our application, the details of the training course will be here.
